What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 mats — one team or one front desk is a normal order — with volume tiers for onboarding programmes, retail and franchises.
How fast will my desk mats arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished mats ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an office move or launch date is fixed.
Why do you talk about flat and staying put so much?
Because they are the whole product. A mat that keeps its shipping curl or migrates across the desk fails at the only two jobs it has, no matter how good the print is. Flatness is a material choice — ours relax dead flat within a day of unrolling — and staying put is a base-compound choice, and both behaviours are stated on the quote.
What actually kills mouse pads?
The edge. An unstitched cut edge exposes the seam between the printed top and the rubber base, and sleeves, bags and time peel it open — look at any office’s retired pads and the surfaces are fine while the edges are destroyed. Every fabric mat we make has a stitched hem, and the stitch colour is a design decision you get to make.
Will the print wear off under the mouse?
Not if it was never on top. Our fabric mats are dye-sublimated — the ink becomes part of the fibres — so a thousand hours of mousing polishes nothing off. Coated or surface-printed mats develop a bald patch under the mouse hand within months; it is the easiest corner-cut to spot in this category.
Leather, felt or fabric?
Each has an honest trade, stated on the quote. Fabric is the all-rounder: sensor-true, printable edge to edge, stitched for years. Leather is the executive surface that records pen strokes and dislikes hot mugs, and improves with age. Felt is the quiet one that damps keyboard noise and collects lint. Can you match mats we already have or reorder later?
Yes. Send a physical mat for colour and weave matching — screens lie about fabric — and we will say plainly how close we can get. Artwork, sizes, base spec and set contents are held on file, so onboarding programmes reorder in one line and every cohort’s desk matches.
Do you make chair mats, floor mats or bar runners?
No. Floor matting, chair mats and bar service runners are their own products with their own specialists, and we will point you to one rather than sell you the wrong thing. Everything we make lives on top of a desk or a counter.
